About This Site

/Thank you for visiting my web portfolio, a small collection of my favorite work. I have been blessed with an artistic, supportive and loving family. My mother, Maryjo Koch, is an illustrator and painting teacher. My sister, Sunny Koch, is a fantastic collage artist. My brother, Jon Bernard Koch, is a painter and is the one who encouraged me and helped me to create this website. You can find them all at www.kochstudios.com. I was always surrounded by art and I think it has worn off on me. Now I can’t go a day without seeing and capturing the beauty around me. I grew up in the Santa Cruz mountains and still live here nestled in on a ridge between the Pacific Ocean and the Silicon Valley with my wonderful husband and two artistic daughters . I am a UC Santa Cruz graduate. Recent work includes the photography for two books: Vintage Collage-Works and Vintage Collage Journals published in 2007 and 2009 respectively.
